We just had a sewer back up that made our house uninhabitable. We were connected to Project manager Jade Puia who came right out and did a quick evaluation of our situation and handled all the details professionally, getting the resources lined up to remediate the problem. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great confidence that the issues will be resolved soon! Thanks for reassuring this very stressed out homeowner!

They were recommended by our plumber after a clogged sewer line with it backing up and emptying out into our backyard through a vent in the foundation. They cleaned up the mess outside beautifully, and cleaned, disinfected, and dried out the basement from having the plumber in. The crew that came in were friendly, did everything quickly and professionally. Dan was amazing to work with, he was very responsive and helped us with everything, down to dealing with our homeowners insurance. I cannot reccomend Kraus enough, they definitely made the whole process so much easier! Thank you so much, if we ever have another issue we will be calling!

Neil Tavares whom I dealt with from the company is very professional, polite and precise explaining the process of work that needs to get done. Your other crew (Alex and Ron) are great also. Very nice gentlemen and very professional. Highly recommendable.
